StreamingBeam — A Blumonic LLC Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Blumonic LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of StreamingBeam, including our website at streamingbeam.com and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using StreamingBeam, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
StreamingBeam is a streaming content discovery platform that aggregates publicly available information about which streaming services currently carry specific movies and television shows. We help users find where to watch content across services including but not limited to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Max, Amazon Prime Video, Peacock, Paramount+, Apple TV+, Tubi, and Pluto TV.
StreamingBeam does not host, store, stream, or distribute any movies, television shows, or other copyrighted content. We provide information and links only. All streaming content is delivered by the respective streaming service providers.
To access certain features of StreamingBeam, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@streamingbeam.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limitations or other restrictions is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.
You may delete your account at any time through your Account settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
StreamingBeam offers a free, ad-supported tier with the following limitations:
StreamingBeam Premium is available for $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year, billed in advance. Premium subscribers receive:
Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing to StreamingBeam Premium, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription price. You can manage your subscription and update payment information through your Account page.
If we offer a free trial, your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. We will notify you before your trial converts to a paid subscription.
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your Account page or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of price changes via email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
Prices listed do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your subscription, which will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location.
StreamingBeam founding member pricing of $4.99 per month is guaranteed for life provided the following conditions are met:

You agree to use StreamingBeam only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
StreamingBeam and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Blumonic LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.
StreamingBeam displays information about movies, television shows, and streaming services. This information includes titles, descriptions, images, and availability data sourced from third-party providers including Watchmode. All such content remains the property of its respective owners. StreamingBeam does not claim ownership over any third-party content displayed on the platform.
If you submit any content to StreamingBeam (such as reviews or watchlist notes in future features), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the Service.
If you provide us with feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
StreamingBeam integrates with and links to third-party services including streaming platforms, payment processors, and advertising networks. These third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party services. The inclusion of links to third-party streaming services does not imply endorsement by StreamingBeam.
Streaming availability information is provided by third-party data sources and may not always be accurate or up to date. We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy but cannot guarantee that availability information is current at the time of your search.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
Streaming availability data changes frequently as licensing agreements between streaming services and content owners are updated. StreamingBeam is not responsible for any decisions you make based on availability information displayed, including subscription purchases made in reliance on that information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blumonic LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blumonic LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Yadkin County, North Carolina. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to StreamingBeam at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
If you have an active Premium subscription at the time of termination for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund. If we terminate your account without cause, we will provide a prorated refund of any prepaid subscription fees.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We may add or remove features from either the free or premium tier at any time. We will provide advance notice of significant changes to premium tier features via email.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blumonic LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
