To request deletion of your StreamingBeam account and associated data, email support@streamingbeam.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request.'
We will delete your account, including your watchlist, viewing preferences, and saved streaming service selections, within 30 days of receiving your request.
Your subscription will be cancelled as part of this process — if you have an active paid subscription, it will not auto-renew after cancellation.
Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as transaction records for tax and accounting.
